By placing an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for all measurements and bead options submitted, with all information being true, accurate and complete. We are available during the selection process to assist you in making your measurement and choices via our chat system. However, Kindred Jewels cannot be held accountable if you select the wrong size, submit the wrong measurements or are dissatisfied with your styling choices. All submitted orders are final and we cannot accept any changes after your order has been put into production.
All made to order products are custom made according to your own unique measurements and bead choices and, as such, cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not offer a refund or exchange option. In the instance that a product is faulty, defective or produced with significant deviations from the measurements submitted, we will replace the product.
